About our service

The Illinois Department on Aging operates a Video Lending Library on topics related to aging. These videos are available free of charge to individuals, organizations and agencies.

How to use the Video Lending Service

To reserve a date for any of the 1/2 inch, color VHS video cassettes, you may:

• Call the Audio-Visual Coordinator at 217-785-3377,

• You may also contact the Illinois Department on Aging Senior HelpLine.

Please place your reservation request at least two weeks in advance of the date on which you need to use it. All resources should be returned by UPS immediately following their use, with $400.00 insurance. In using this free service we ask that you please be considerate and return all materials promptly.
