Developed with the AARP Money Management Program, this is a financial services program that assists low income older persons who have difficulty managing their personal household budgets, paying bills, keeping track of banking records, intervening with creditors, completing medical forms, and handling other issues related to personal finances.

  Long Term Care Ombudsman Program

The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program protects and promotes the rights and quality of life for people who reside in long term care facilities (nursing homes). This is done through regional ombudsmen and their volunteers who have a hands-on working relationship with the residents and staff of the facilities within their program areas.
